We had a gala celebration on 20th and 27th May’17 in Bihar and Jharkhand respectively when all Saijaites joined hands to celebrate the success of SAIJA. It was the occasion marked with the spirit of bonhomie where the employees participated in various cultural events and everyone let their hair down.

In Bihar the event was started with the welcome speech of Mr G R K Sarma, VP (Commercial) followed by cultural program with active participation from the employees. New solar product Sunking Boom solar lamp with special inbuilt speaker & radio, was also launched by Green Planet followed by award distribution ceremony.

Jharkhand had a similar event which was addressed by Mr Tofique Alam, State Head Jharkhand. This was followed with cultural program and award ceremony. It was a great show where we witnessed lot of zeal and fervor. Good food added to the festive mood and the celebration ended with the promise to meet again and achieve still greater milestones. Core Value Quiz Competition & Independence Day Celebration

Core Value quiz was conducted at Head Office with a view to reinforce the commitment to our Core Values. It was then followed by theme based painting competition -“SAIJA Five Years from now “. There was all round active participation and camaraderie.

On 12th Aug’17 we conducted Slogan and Painting competition at Delhi Office . This was conducted on the eve of 70th Independence Day . All teams displayed their talent and participated with full passion.

Kalash Competition

On the auspicious  occasion of Durga Puja we organized Kalash Decorating Competition at Regional Office , Patna  on 26thSep’17.  The teams actively participated  and presented exquisite work . The winnners  were duly felicitated by our  jury members Mr Ramandeep Chadha , VP  Commercial , Bihar and Mr Thakur Manish Singh  Head IT .

Reward and Recognition Program in Bihar and Jharkhand

SAIJA along with Green Light Planet has organised a Reward and Recognition Program for Bihar and Jharkhand state on 21st October 2017 and 4th November 2017 respectively for the successfully completion of target of half-year (April to September). In this program Shashi Ranjan Sinha (CMD), Rashmi Sinha (Whole Time Director) and Senior management were present. Sir and Ma’am enlightened our staff with their motivational speech and also share the plan of expansion for the upcoming year. They have praised the team for successfully achieving their target.

In this event GLP has launched a new Solar light product named Sunking 40Z. This light comes with 2 fixed light and one portable light with worth INR 3499.

In this event all employee gets their respective prizes like wallet, gold watch, 1gm Gold Coin, 2gm Gold Coin, 3gm Gold Coin, 32” LED TV, 1 Ton Split AC for achieving their target. Total 308 employees (In Bihar 217 and in Jharkhand 91) have received their gift. Out of these employee 7 from Bihar receive 1 Ton Split AC, 22 from Bihar and 1 from Jharkhand receive 32” LED TV, 11 from Bihar receive 3gm Gold Coin, 30 from Bihar receive 2gm Gold Coin, 68 from Bihar and 15 from Jharkhand receive 1gm Gold Coin, 59 from Bihar and 66 from Jharkhand receive Gold Watch, 20 from Bihar and 9 from Jharkhand receive wallet as their prize. Apart from these some awards were also given to the best employees.

Best FE awards goes to Mr. Anil Kumar of Rosera branch in Bihar and Mr. Diwakar Kumar Mahto of Dumka branch in Jharkhand. Best ABM awards goes to Mr. Jitendra Kumar of Darbhanga branch in Bihar and Mr. Vikash Pandey of Dumka branch in Jharkhand. Best BM awards goes to Mr. Bhola Kumar Singh of Muzaffarpur branch in Bihar and Mr. Jitendra Kumar of Hazaribagh branch in Jharkhand. Best UM awards goes to Mr. Sunil Kumar Dubey of Samastipur unit in Bihar and Mr. Utpal Kumar of Ranchi Unit in Jharkhand. Best Branch awards goes to Muzaffarpur branch in Bihar and Dhanbad branch in Jharkhand.

This program was followed by dance and song performances by our staffs.
