This has been a very very unusual and unique year which has
taught us lessons of a life time.
It has taught us not to be complacent and to be prepared for
the worst. It has also taught us that we
can not live in isolation but the welfare of each is dependent on the other and
each creature on this planet has to be respected.
Interdependence and harmony is crucial – in nature as in any
organization – it is only through team effort that we progress and succeed.
Friends but it is only through our perseverance and
determination that we are able to successfully get through a crisis. And such
challenges bring out the best in an individual as also a company.
The past year has been tough for all of us at individual as
also at company level. Our clients have also been adversely impacted.
We have collectively worked towards bringing the company
back on its feet but we still have miles to go.
Today is the time for each one of us to put his best foot forward
because it is only through our collective
efforts that we shall be able to get back to our lost position
.Respect for targets and processes has
to be adhered to. A solution oriented and collective approach to issue
resolution has to be adopted all across the company irrespective of the
department or level.
We have successfully handled many a challenge in the past
and are sure to do so today !!

review meeting has been held at Punjab &
Haryana and Uttar Pradesh in the month of Feb-21. Business strategies as well as go forwards were given
stretch. Also several rewards and
recognition was also with messed.
Uttar Pradesh Microfinance Associations (UPMA) recently recognized our State HR – Ms. Uzma Saleem
with the award of M- Power Girl.

Responsibility”
Team Ranchi & Hatia
again proved that they are always
one step ahead when it comes to
“Social Responsibility” and “Noble Cause”.
This time in the month of
Feb-21, team Hatia and Ranchi donated a
small amount to our office maid servant through the voluntary contribution by the employees of Ranchi & Hatia. She is
undergoing cataract operation through
“Ayushman Bharat” scheme
and the donation was given to meet up the medicine expenses post operation.
State HR – Sk Ehsan Ali personally guided this lady about
the procedure to avail the
treatment through “PM- Ayushman Bharat
Scheme” so that she avails the facility without any problem.
This team has done a commendable job in terms of noble
cause.

Delhi: Employees Provident Fund Organization
(EPFO) has brought major relief
for its EPF subscribers wherein the account
holders is now able to update the Date of Exit online on changing
the job itself. Earlier the company had
the right to update the information and
this caused the account holders to be dependent on the former for updating the PF account.
How to update Date of Exit online on EPFO website?
PF account holders can follow these procedures to update
Date of Exit online on EPFO website.
Login to the EPFO portal https://unifiedportal- mem.epfindia.gov.in/memberinterface/.
- Feed
in your UAN and password. - On
successful login, go to “Manage” and click “Mark
Exit”. - Now,
select the PF account number from the select application. - Click
on Date of Exit and Region of Exit. - Click
on request OTP and enter the OTP on the
mobile number linked to Aadhaar. - Now
select the check box and click on update and click on OK. - After
doing this, your date of exit will be updated.
